Ingredients
1 lb lean hamburger
½ onion sliced
2 cups petite mushrooms
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
2 cans Campbell’s mushroom soup
1 and 1/2 tsp Classic blend
1 tbsp butter
Directions
Melt butter in cast frying pan
Add sliced onions and petite mushrooms
Sprinkle with ½ tsp Classic
Sauté until onions become translucent
Remove from pan
Mix hamburger with egg, bread crumbs and 1 tsp Classic
Form into meatballs and place in cast iron frying pan
Fry until lightly browned on all sides
Remove from pan
Pour 2 cans soup into cast iron pan, whisk to make smooth
Add in onions, mushrooms and meatballs
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes
Pour over cooked rice. Enjoy!
